At BarnDoor Ag, we work hard to provide fast, reliable shipping at the best possible value. Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Delivery timeframes vary by carrier and destination, but most parcel orders arrive within 2–4 business days for many U.S. states. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
How It Works
Eligible parcel orders of $249 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees; some product exclusions apply) shipping to most locations within the contiguous United States qualify for Free Shipping at checkout. No coupon code is required. Free Shipping is automatically applied when your order qualifies.
Orders shipping to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Arizona qualify for $14.95 Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping on eligible parcel orders of $249 or more. These orders do not qualify for Free Shipping due to higher carrier costs, but BarnDoor Ag absorbs a portion of the freight cost to help keep shipping affordable for customers in the western United States.
Free Shipping and Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping apply only to eligible parcel shipments. Exclusions include LTL freight shipments, oversized or overlength products, heavy-weight items, hazardous materials, special handling items, and products marked as freight-only or oversized. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations do not qualify for these promotional shipping programs.

Shipping & Returns Policy
For lost, stolen, or damaged packages covered by Route Package Protection, please file a claim directly through Route’s claims process. For standard product returns, wrong items, shortages, or shipment damage not covered by Route Package Protection, customers should follow BarnDoor Ag’s return authorization process and report issues within 5 business days of delivery.
Returns Policy
Damaged Shipments
- If your products arrive damaged, please contact BarnDoor Ag and the applicable carrier, including the LTL carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as soon as possible after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting shipping damage, shortages, missing items, or wrong items within 5 business days of delivery.
- Prompt communication helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Return Exceptions
- Items that have come into contact with chemicals cannot be returned.
- These items are considered hazardous for shipping and handling.
- Issues with such products will be handled through warranty support, including supplying replacement parts needed for repair.
General Returns
- New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a BarnDoor Ag error, incorrect shipment, defective item, or approved warranty claim.
- Returns made after 15 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If an order qualified for Free Shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the actual outbound shipping cost paid by BarnDoor Ag to ship the original order will be deducted from the refund.
- If an order qualified for Western States Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping, any shipping amount paid at checkout will be credited toward the actual outbound shipping cost, and the remaining balance will be deducted from the refund.
- Example: A customer in CA places a qualifying order and pays the discounted $14.95 flat-rate shipping. BarnDoor Ag pays the carrier $24.95 to deliver the order. If the order is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and actual outbound shipping cost. Since the customer already paid $14.95 at checkout, only the remaining $10 of the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically issued within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
- This includes:
- 2–5 business days for the item to reach us,
- 5–7 business days to process the return,
- 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
- Most refunds are completed sooner.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- To request a return, contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your items.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping
- Same-Day Shipping: Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday ship the same business day.
- Delivery Speed: Most parcel orders arrive within 2–4 business days for many U.S. states, depending on carrier and destination.
- Shipping Days: BarnDoor Ag ships Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays.
- Expedited Services: UPS Next Day and other expedited services refer to the carrier’s estimated transit time after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
- Carrier Delays: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Free & Paid Shipping Options
- Free Ground Shipping: Eligible parcel orders of $249 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees; some product exclusions apply) qualify for Free Shipping within most of the contiguous United States.
- Western States Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping: Eligible parcel orders of $249 or more shipping to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, or Arizona qualify for $14.95 Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping instead of Free Shipping.
- Orders Under $249: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, destination, and current carrier rates.
- Cheapest Method Applies: Free Shipping orders may ship using the lowest-cost qualifying carrier or service.
- Upgrades Available: Customers may upgrade to a preferred carrier or faster service by paying the difference in cost.
- LTL Shipments: Freight/LTL shipments do not qualify for Free Shipping or Discounted Flat-Rate Shipping. LTL shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery timeframes depend on your location once the order leaves our warehouse.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Multi-Warehouse & Special Products
- BarnDoor Ag ships thousands of products from multiple U.S. warehouses.
- Because some products may ship from different locations, orders may arrive in more than one shipment or by more than one carrier.
- Certain products, including large tanks, oversized items, heavy-weight products, LTL freight items, hazardous materials, or products requiring special handling, may require different carriers, additional processing time, or separate freight arrangements.
- All orders are inspected before shipping to help ensure order accuracy and product quality.
Receiving & Inspection
- Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.
- Shipping damage, shortages, missing items, or wrong items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- If a shipment appears damaged at delivery, customers should note the damage with the carrier when possible and contact BarnDoor Ag as soon as possible.
- Prompt communication helps BarnDoor Ag resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
International Shipping
International shipping times are determined by the destination country’s customs office and local delivery service. Packages typically take 7–12 business days to arrive, but delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or local postal service conditions.
BarnDoor Ag is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, brokerage fees, customs charges, or shipping fees assessed by your customs office, local postal service, or delivery carrier. Please check with your local customs office and postal service before placing an order to determine whether additional fees may apply.
International Product Limitations
For products shipped internationally, manufacturer warranties may not be valid, manufacturer service options may not be available, and product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings may not be provided in the destination country’s language.
Products and accompanying materials may not be designed according to the destination country’s standards, specifications, labeling requirements, voltage requirements, or electrical standards. Adapters or converters may be required when applicable.
The customer is responsible for confirming that any product ordered can be lawfully imported into the destination country.
Route Package Protection
BarnDoor Ag has partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution, to help provide customers with a better delivery experience. Route offers low-cost shipping protection in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route also offers a mobile app that allows customers to visually track online orders in one place. Route’s maps and real-time shipping updates help customers stay informed throughout delivery. The Route app is available through the Android and Apple app stores. If you experience an issue with your order and purchased Route Package Protection, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
