The LevALERT Grain Gauge and Bin Monitor is a Made in the USA mechanical grain bin level indicator designed to help farmers safely monitor grain levels during harvest and storage. Built for lightweight materials like corn, oats, sunflowers, ground feeds, and grass seeds, the 7-inch activator works with materials ranging from 10–55 lbs. per cubic foot and installs in under five minutes from the outside of most corrugated or flat-wall bins. With a high-visibility 3M reflective indicator visible from over 300 feet, the system turns bright yellow when grain reaches the set level and black when levels drop, allowing operators to check bin levels from the ground without climbing ladders. No electricity is required, and its durable, corrosion-resistant design provides long-lasting performance while helping farms prevent overfilling and improve grain storage safety.
